I haven’t slept particularly well since having kids (10 years) but at almost 47 it was getting worse. I wear a Garmin watch which gives me a sleep score and even on my best night I couldn’t score above 80, I’d average in the 60s. I was very skeptical about these patches but a friend recommended them and I was exhausted. Since taking them I now average in the 80s and even pre period I score in the 70s. I went away for a few days and forgot to take them and my sleep got worse again. For me they work and I think they are worth trying. I hope they work for you

Definitely sleeping better, early days but will update

I’m not sure how these are supposed to work, but they do! I put one on my skin and I feel drowsy in a good way, if you use these with a nice cup of chamomile tea you’ll be off to the land of nod in no time!

I have just started using the sleep patches for the past 5 days. I have been applying one patch an hour and a half before going to bed. Although it is early days, I have noticed that it helps me fall asleep quicker than before. I prefer the patches over tablets on any given day.

I was getting poor quality of sleep, waking up during middle of the night which hindered my sleep pattern. For the past 4 weeks, I have been applying one patch before going to bed which has helped me a lot. I don’t get up during middle of the night anymore and my quality of sleep has improved.

I think these are great despite being a bit sceptical initially. This is my second order of these and I definitely feel like I’m sleeping more soundly. And I’m dreaming for the first time since I first became a mom 27 years ago! My 18 year old son has also tried these and liked them. They stick really well and don’t come off in the night but they come off easily when you want to remove them. Nice texture if you’re into that kind of thing. I have tried others which are rather rough but these are lovely and smooth. Good value for money and for me anyway, they work like a dream 😴

I like these patches. They are not magic but mostly one of these patches afford me a pleasant and restful night.

I would normally go to bed around 10-11 PM every night but couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning. I have been applying one patch every night for the past 2 weeks just before going to bed. I am getting my good night’s sleep every day now. I sleep at 11 PM now and wake up at 7 in the morning without any sleep disturbances
