One thing kept coming up.
Sleep.
Not because better sleep is the answer to every mental health challenge, but because it's one of the foundations of better mental health.
That's why I created Dozura.
Our mission is to help more people improve their sleep, build healthier evening routines and wake up feeling more like themselves again.
We're also proud to donate a portion of every order to Mind, helping support people affected by mental health challenges across the UK.🖤
