Better than any other magnesium I have had before from other brands I have tried

These have already started working and I'm only on the half dose. I was looking for a gentle version with barely nothing else in it and that I could do a split or lower dose. Highly recommend. No stomach or other problems with these.

Helps with restless legs

I have just started to take this supplement and I feel its already helping me. I would recommend if someone has similar issues like me, feeling tired quickly and have lack of energy, still waiting to see further improvement!

I got this to see if it would actually make a difference to my sleep, rather than just be another supplement sitting in the cupboard. I’ve been taking it before bed for about a month now and, going off my Oura ring sleep scores, it does seem to be doing something. My deep sleep and overall scores have nudged up and, more importantly, I just feel a bit more rested when I wake up. The capsules are easy enough to take, no aftertaste, and I’ve had zero stomach issues, which is always my first worry with magnesium. For a 45‑day supply it’s not a bad deal at all, and I’d happily keep it in my evening routine.

The capsules are of a manageable size and do not leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which is not always guaranteed with supplements of this kind. They sit comfortably enough when taken, whether with food or not, and there have been no noticeable digestive concerns so far, which is often a deciding factor for many.
