UNWIND Magnesium Capsules

Better than any other magnesium I have had before from other brands I have tried

These have already started working and I'm only on the half dose. I was looking for a gentle version with barely nothing else in it and that I could do a split or lower dose. Highly recommend. No stomach or other problems with these.

Magnesium Bisglycinate Sleep Capsules. 5 star

I can't do without magnesium, especially glycinate. It's a good brand with good dosage and quality price..

This is exactly what I was looking for to take care of my health.

These magnesium capsules are proving to be very good so far. Quietly hopeful that they'll work long term and help improve my sleep at night

3rd time I am ordering! high recommend

Very good

thanks dozura

These were recommended to me. I wanted to see if they would help with my sleep quality and they are brilliant, I was a bit skeptical that a magnesium supplement would have such a positive effect but I am pleasantly surprised!

Thank you, good luck to everyone.

Easy to take, so far so good

Very good!

5 stars, 5th time I have purchased from the store! love their products!

Helps with restless legs

I have just started to take this supplement and I feel its already helping me. I would recommend if someone has similar issues like me, feeling tired quickly and have lack of energy, still waiting to see further improvement!

I got this to see if it would actually make a difference to my sleep, rather than just be another supplement sitting in the cupboard. I’ve been taking it before bed for about a month now and, going off my Oura ring sleep scores, it does seem to be doing something. My deep sleep and overall scores have nudged up and, more importantly, I just feel a bit more rested when I wake up. The capsules are easy enough to take, no aftertaste, and I’ve had zero stomach issues, which is always my first worry with magnesium. For a 45‑day supply it’s not a bad deal at all, and I’d happily keep it in my evening routine.

Only just started using them but after reading reviews I am very hopeful, will update

Excellent

I haven’t used them long enough to see any difference as of yet. I will continue to use them as I love health benefits from things like this. So fingers crossed

It has arrived the next day, i'll start using it tomorrow.. Thank you 🤝

I was just thinking to myself that all seems to be well with this supplement, reading the label nothing out of ordinary.

With that said, there are a few points worth expanding upon after these initial stages. The formulation itself appears all good in term of how it's put together, particularly with the use of magnesium bisglycinate, which is often regarded as a gentler and more readily absorbed form compared to some alternatives. The inclusion of glycine is also a welcome aspect, as it is commonly associated with supporting relaxation, which aligns with the intended purpose here.

In terms of taking them, there have been no immediate issues. The capsules are of a manageable size and do not leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which is not always guaranteed with supplements of this kind. They sit comfortably enough when taken, whether with food or not, and there have been no noticeable digestive concerns so far, which is often a deciding factor for many.
