ECLIPSE Sound quick start guide
1. Charge fully before first use.
2. Hold the centre power button until the mask switches on.
3. Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
4. Select Bluetooth Eye Mask.
5. Position the internal speakers over your ears and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit.
Centre power button
• Hold to switch on or off
• Press once to play or pause
Plus button (+)
• Press to increase the volume
• Hold to skip forwards
Minus button (-)
• Press to decrease the volume
• Hold to skip backwards
• Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port.
• A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
• Remove the padded 3D eye section and hand wash gently in cool water. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
• Do not wash or soak any section containing the speakers, controls, battery or wiring.
• Keep the electronic components dry.
• Do not use while charging.
• Keep the volume at a comfortable level.
• Stop using the mask if it becomes damaged or unusually hot.
Mask will not switch on
Charge the mask fully, then hold the centre power button for 3 seconds.
Cannot connect to Bluetooth
Switch the mask off and on again. Remove Bluetooth Eye Mask from your device’s saved Bluetooth connections, then reconnect.
No sound or sound is uneven
Check your device’s volume and reposition the internal speakers so they sit directly over your ears.
